It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that our father, John David Ivor Locke, the Abbey School 1940 – 1945 died suddenly today while on holiday in Devon. He will be sadly missed and it would be appreciated if this could be posted in the obituaries so that his contemporaries can be informed.
This is conveyed on behalf of John, Andrew, Ian, Simon and Nicholas Locke.
Further to my previous e-mail, service and burial for dad will be held on 10th June, 12 noon, at Lympne church in Kent , adjacent to Lympne Castle.
